 Valued customer/family, we've always believed in our mission to bring happiness through family and home furnishings. 

 Normal delivery hours are 8am-5pm Monday-Friday.

  1. An adult must accept and sign for delivery of furniture.
  2. All deliveries are fully our responsibility until they arrival at your home.
  3. All items must be inspected for damage at the time of delivery. All damage must be notated on the delivery receipt / bill of lading.
  4. Delivery will only cover items that are noted on the delivery receipt / bill of lading. Furniture Deals Atlanta LLC™ will not be held liable for any items not noted accordingly.
  5. Regardless of damage, defect, missing or incorrect item, all items on the order must be accepted and signed for unless otherwise directed by Furniture Deals Atlanta LLC™ so that we may resolve any issues.
  6. It is required that you take photos of any damage that you notice as proof.
  7. Make sure your floors and walls are covered / protected prior to delivery as Furniture Deals Atlanta LLC™ will not be held liable for damage to your personal property.
  8. Missed delivery appointments may be subject to a delivery attempt fee.
  9. Should you need to reschedule your delivery, please notify us at least two days prior to the scheduled delivery date in order to avoid a rescheduling fee.
  10. On the day of delivery please make sure the area is cleared for delivery. Our delivery team can not remove old furniture. Sorry to inform you that at the moment we are only operating in GA. 

 *Our customer service department must be notified of any damages within 24 hours of delivery.

  Cancellation Policy

To make sure you receive your order as quick as possible we process all orders the moment they come in, for this reason orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of placement without incurring any fees.

  1. Orders cancelled after 24 hours may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

To cancel an order please contact us at, include all applicable order information. Once cancelled your order status will change to cancelled and a cancellation confirmation email will be sent. Please keep this email as confirmation that you have cancelled your order. If you do not have a cancellation confirmation email or your order status in your customer portal does not say cancelled, your order was not cancelled.

Items That Can Not Be Returned

  1. Items marked "Final Sale" or "Special Order"
  2. Items that have already been assembled

Tips to Avoid a Return

  1. Prior to placing your order please make sure that the item you are ordering will fit through your door and in the space where it will go. If it doesn't the delivery company may have to leave the product right outside your door, on a porch or in a garage.
  2. If your item arrives with minor or cosmetic damages due to shipping, don't worry. We can attempt to replace the damaged parts on the product so you can avoid returning it.


  1. All claims for defects, merchandise must be packed in original boxes, without any writing or marks on the boxes. All eligible returns must be made through the same website where the merchandise was purchased from.
  2. Returns are allowed within seven (7) days from the invoice date. Claims for defects or missing parts must be made within Seven (7) days. NO EXCEPTION.
  3. Pictures are required to claim merchandise defect. Please email pictures to or call our Customer Service at:(877) 761-9697
  4. All returned shipments must be with the original invoice. We will NOT accept any exchange or return on any used, previously displayed or assembled merchandise.
  5. Any claim for merchandise damaged in transit must be made before delivery driver leaves. Before signing freight bill, please inspect all boxes for damages (Please make sure driver signs freight bill for any damages).
  6. No cash refund. Credit only. All sofa & mattress sales are final and are not eligible for return or exchange.
  7. All merchandise is intended for residential use only, and not designed for industrial, commercial, institutional and rental use. Damages caused by such uses and normal wear & tear are not eligible for return or exchange.
